21 Days of Prayer
and Fasting

An enriching journey designed to deepen your spiritual connection and grow in faith. This page provides valuable resources on fasting and a focused prayer theme for each day, guiding you through a transformative experience.

How do I fast?

The goal of fasting is to draw nearer to Jesus as you focus on prayer, study, & growth. Our hope for you is that you would experience God in a new & fresh way as you seek him this new year. Fasting is simply withstanding from something in order to focus our attention & efforts towards Jesus.

When we partner this with prayer, we are able to see God do the miraculous! Follow along with us on social media for a daily prayer guide. We're believing Him to strengthen you, answer your prayers, & bring breakthrough on this journey!

Types of Fasts

Prayerfully Select a Fast. Please remember to consider what is healthy & safe for you.

1. Complete Fast
This fast calls for drinking only liquids,  typically water with light juices as an option.

2. Selective Fast
Removing only certain elements from your diet. One example being the Daniel Fast, during which you remove meat, sweets, or bread from your diet and consume water & juice for fluids & fruits and vegetables for food.

3. Partial Fast
Sometimes called the “Jewish Fast,” it involves abstaining from eating any type of food in the morning & afternoon. Whether it’s fasting 6:00am to 3:00pm, or from sunup to sundown.

4. Soul Fast
Best for those who do not have much experience fasting food, who have health issues that prevent them from fasting, or who wish to refocus certain areas of their life. For instance, abstaining from using social media or television for the duration of the fast.
